Our team is diligently working behind the scenes to ensure all steps leading up to your appointment are completed as thoroughly and efficiently as possible. We know that this therapy is a critical piece of your treatment plan and we do not take this lightly. Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions.

What can I do to help expedite my first appointment?

Please complete all requested documentation and respond to requests as quickly as possible, including completing any required lab work. Your insurance company requires these documents before approving treatement.

I have two insurance policies; which is primary and which is secondary?

Please complete any requests from your insurance companies including Coordination of Benefitrs (COB). Yoru two insurance carries will need to know that you have other coverage. If Medicare is one of your insurance carriers, you can review their rules for when they are the secondary insurer at https://www.cms.gov

What if I cannot afford my treatment?

Patients who have commerical insurance plans may be able to recieve funding for their medication through copay assistance programs offered by the pharmaceutical manufacturer. Patients who have Medicare or other government plans have options available through various charitable foundations and grants. We also offer payment plan options to help manage the costs associated with infusion treatments. I missed a call from my Financial Counselor. How can I contact them back?

Our Financial Counselors can be reached by telephone via 866-302-0606 Monday – Friday 8AM-7PM EST. These team members are off site, but any representative will be able to assist you once you verify your identity with your name and date of birth.

Will I be asked to pay for my treatment up front?

Yes, your expected responsibility will need to be paid on or before your appointment date. Our Financial Counselors will discuss with you any amounts due from you after insurance benefits and financial program assistance programs are applied.
